Enrichment

  • Spring 2017 Enrichment (April 3 – June 16, 2017): Spring Enrichment classes will end on June 16, 2017. Some classes have already ended and some will offer make-up classes during the week of June 19-23.  Please check directly with the instructor for details.
  • Spring 2017 Study Club (April 3 – June 26, 2017):  The Spring Study Club regular session will also end on June 16, 2017.  Add-on Study Club days will be offered from June 19 – 23, and on June 26 (1 hour early dismissal/last day of school). Register online here.

Study Club is offered Monday – Friday from 2:15 – 3:45 PM, every day that school is in session. In order to maintain staffing levels, we ask that families commit to one or more days of the week for the entire 10 week session.  Families will also have the option of registering for an extended Study Club session (2 or 3.5 hours) on early dismissal days (March 22, May 10), as well as during the gaps weeks (January 3-6, March 27-31, and June 19-26, 2017) when there are no enrichment classes. Cost is $15/day per child; $20-$35/day per child for extended Study Club on early dismissal days. A limited number of 5 class punch cards are also available for $100/card. These punch cards can be used to attend Study Club on any date during the regular session.  Punch cards will be honored on a space available basis and require a minimum of 48 hours notice. More details are available on the online registration form.  If you would like to volunteer to work one or more days/week in exchange for free tuition for your child, or have any questions, please contact the Study Club Coordinator.

Please contact the Chau Pho Tung, Enrichment Coordinator, at enrichment@geneseehillpta.org with any questions.  Study Club questions should be sent to the Study Club Coordinator at studyclub@geneseehillpta.org . If you child will be absent from enrichment classes or Study Club, please notify the instructor or Study Club staff directly and the Attendance Coordinator, Tunisia Braxton at tabraxton@seattleschools.org .

  1. Can enrichment class costs count toward child care costs on taxes? If so, what is the ID number to use?

  2. Hi Laura, It cannot be used as childcare. We are not a registered child care provider under our tax ID number. Thanks.
