After School Programs

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Genesee Hill Enrichment Program & Afternoon Study Club! We offer a wide variety of after school classes including art, music, dance, foreign language, chess, technology, sports and more!

  • Fall Enrichment 2018  (September 24 – December 14, 2018): Online registration will open on Monday, September 10th at 7:00 PM and close on Friday, September 14th at 5:00 PM. View class details and enroll via  Homeroom . Note: You can sign up for Homeroom in advance and  view courses for the Fall season on the Genesee Hill portal, however, courses cannot be added to your cart until registration opens on September 10th.

Enrichment classes will run for 1 hour from 2:30 – 3:30 PM.  On early release Wednesdays, a limited number of enrichment classes will be offered in two back-to-back 75 minute classes from 1:15 – 2:30 PM & 2:30 – 3:45 PM.  Families also have the option to register for Study Club before/after an enrichment classes (see below).

  • Fall 2018 Study Club (September 10 – December 21, 2018):   Online registration is now closed. Contact the Study Club Coordinator to check for classes with available spots.

Study Club for grades K-5 will start on Monday, September 10, 2018 and run through Thursday, December 20, 2018. An Early Dismissal class for Friday, December 21st, will be added later this Fall. Registrations will be accepted until the session starts (September 10, 2018) or all spots are filled. Families have the option of registering for the full 14 week session, or just the pre- and post enrichment week(s) only.  A limited number of punch cards (5 drop-in classes) will also be available. For the 2018 – 19 school year, Study Club will be offered Monday – Tuesday & Thursday – Friday from 2:30 – 3:45 PM. On early release Wednesdays, Study Club will be offered as two back-to-back classes from 1:15 – 2:30 PM & 2:30 – 3:45 PM (students may register for one or both early release Wednesdays classes as needed). We ask that families register for no more than a maximum of 3 days per week.

Students participating in Enrichment classes can also choose to register for only the pre-enrichment days (from September 10 – 21, 2018), post enrichment days (from December 17-20, 2018)  and/or early dismissal Study Club on December 21, 2018. Tuition is $15/class; $15 – $25/class on early release Wednesdays. A limited number of 5 class punch cards are available for $100/card. These punch cards can be used to attend Study Club on any date during the regular session. Punch cards will be honored on a space available basis and require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

  1. Can enrichment class costs count toward child care costs on taxes? If so, what is the ID number to use?

  2. Hi Laura, It cannot be used as childcare. We are not a registered child care provider under our tax ID number. Thanks.
